What is the Dealers Room?
The Dealers Room is a room set aside at the convention for vendors to sell their merchandise. The goal is to bring in a diverse selection of merchandise that will appeal to the membership of the convention. These include jewelers, zines providers, costumers, weapons dealers and really anything you could imagine buying within the Supernatural genre. You never know what you might find!

The Dealers Room will be open at the following times:
Friday: 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Sunday: 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.*

Dealers will be able to set up from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Friday morning.

Dealers will be able to take down their tables from 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Saturday night or from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Sunday morning.

How do I get space in the Dealers Room?
If you email us, we will provide you with an application for the dealers room. Once we have received the application back, we will choose the dealers to be in the Dealers Room based on the merchandise that the merchant sells and how much space we have available. Accepted dealers will receive a registration letter and form to return with payment. Once that is returned, you will have your space.

How much does a table cost?
The first table will cost $50. For each additional table you request, the cost will be $10/table. This will include all fees charged by the hotel, such as electricity.

As a dealer do I have to buy a membership to the convention?
No. Since some dealers spend all their time in the Dealers Room, they do not have any time to attend the convention itself. If you do not wish to spend the money for a membership, that is fine with the KazCon committee. However, you will not be allowed to participate in any of the official KazCon events, with the exception of the theme party on Saturday night. One person per dealer registration will be allowed to attend the theme party. If you have more than one person manning your table(s), it will cost $15 (cost of food) for that person to attend the theme party.

Can I get my space in a specific location in the room?
When you send in your application, there is a section there for notes. If you request a specific space, we will try to accomodate you. But we may not be able to accomodate all requests. For instance, not everyone can be along the wall. We will do our best to fill all the preferences. All tables will have access to an electrical outlet. If you need internet, a phone line or other access, you need to include this on your application.
